Show the digital card or its code at any bar or the kitchen counter. Balance is applied at point of sale. Use it on food, drinks, arcade tokens and Major Tom's - anywhere on the floor.

How long is the gift card valid?

Three (3) years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Expiry is shown on the digital card and the receipt email.

Can it be used for theatre show tickets?

No - theatre shows at the Royale Theatre are sold by third-party ticketing partners (Ticketmaster, Megatix and others depending on the show), and Planet Royale gift cards can't be applied at their checkout. You can still use your card for food, drinks at the bar before or after the show, arcade tokens and Major Tom's though.

Is it physical or digital?

Digital by default - emailed to the recipient with a redemption code, ready to show on phone. Physical cards are available on request for bulk and corporate orders (email admin@planetroyale.com.au).

Can I split it across multiple visits?

Yes. The card holds a balance - partial redemptions leave the remainder on the card until it's used up or expires.

Refunds & lost cards?

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. If you lose the email, contact admin@planetroyale.com.au with the order details and we can re-send the code.

Bulk or corporate orders?

For 5+ cards or branded corporate gifting, email admin@planetroyale.com.au - we'll send a quote and can arrange physical card stock with custom messaging.
