How long do you hold lost property?

We hold general items for 30 days. Perishables (food, drink containers) are disposed of at the end of each day. High-value items and ID/cards are secured and, if unclaimed, may be handed to WA Police.

How will you contact me?

If we find something matching your report, we'll call or email the details you gave us to arrange collection. We only reach out when there's a match.

How do I collect my item?

Items are collected in person from the venue at 12 Lake Street, Northbridge, during opening hours. Please bring photo ID - for phones, cards and valuables we'll ask you to verify ownership before release.

What do you do with my details?

Your details are used only to administer lost property and contact you about your item. We don't use them for marketing. See our privacy policy.
