FAQ
How do I lock in a date?
A non-refundable $25 / guest deposit secures your booking. Bookings are confirmed once we've received the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.
What's the minimum spend?
Minimum 10 guests across all packages. Minimum spend applies and goes toward food and beverages in lieu of a venue hire fee. Final guest count must be confirmed 14 days before the event - no refunds for lower attendance on the day.
Can we BYO food or drinks?
No. All food and drink must be supplied and served by Planet Royale to comply with food safety and our liquor licence.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes - flag dietary needs at least 14 days out. Our kitchen uses common allergens (seafood, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, egg, sesame, gluten, lupin, sulphites). We can't guarantee 100% allergen-free due to potential cross-contamination.
Are minors allowed?
Guests under 18 are welcome with a legal guardian. Minors must vacate the venue by 9:00pm.
Decorations & outside vendors?
Decorations must be pre-approved. No glitter, confetti or adhesives that may damage the venue. External vendors (AV, florists, entertainers, furniture hire) need pre-approval - talk to us early.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa. No American Express. A 1.5% surcharge applies to all card & EFTPOS payments. A 15% public-holiday surcharge applies on public holidays.
360° camera or other add-ons?
Yes - add a 360° camera with custom branded overlays (day rate $350, subject to availability), Cocktails on Arrival ($10/pp), or a Spirits Add-On ($20/pp). Extra arcade time: with a full package it's $10/pp for an extra hour; if you're building your own package it's $20/pp for 1 hour or $30/pp for 2 hours.
