Flex Appeal 2.0 is a cabaret-style fundraiser where CrossFit meets the stage! 

Featuring a mix of everyday athletes turned performers alongside experienced dancers, the show brings high-energy routines, a few cheeky moments, and a night that’s unpredictable, entertaining, and (if last year was anything to go by) surprisingly impressive!

Guiding you through the night is the incredible Lucinda Panties - bringing the energy, the humour, and keeping everything (somewhat) under control.

All proceeds go towards supporting Emily’s CrossFit competition journey.
