• The prize consists of four (4) tickets to each of ten (10) separate Planet Royale Fringe World 2026 productions.

• Each production may have multiple performance sessions; however, the prize entitles the winner to four (4) tickets to one (1) performance session per production only, subject to availability.

• Session selection must be made in advance and is subject to availability at the time of booking.

• Prize tickets are valid for Planet Royale Fringe World 2026 performances only and must be redeemed through Planet Royale.

• In the event that a Fringe World 2026 production scheduled to be presented at Planet Royale is cancelled, withdrawn, or no longer performed at the Venue for any reason, no substitute tickets, replacement productions, or compensation will be provided in respect of that production.

• Prize tickets are issued for the personal use of the winner and their guests only and are not transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash. Any attempt to sell, resell, auction, exchange, or commercially transfer prize tickets may result in forfeiture of the prize at Planet Royale’s discretion.

To enter the Planet Royale Fringe World 2026 Competition:

1. Tag three (3) friends in the comments on the official Planet Royale Facebook competition post.

2. Follow Planet Royale on both Facebook and Instagram during the competition period.

3. Comment on the same post with the Fringe World 2026 show at Planet Royale you are most excited to see.

• Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must comply with the requirements in these T&C’s.

• Entries that do not meet all entry conditions may be deemed invalid at Planet Royale’s discretion.

• Automated, bulk, or spam entries are not permitted.

• Entries close on Sunday 18th January 2026 at 11:59 PM AWST.
  Late entries will not be accepted.

• The winner will be selected at random and announced on Planet Royale's social media channels on Monday 19th January 2026.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered on.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

Planet Royale expects all prize winners and their guests to behave respectfully and adhere to the venue’s policies, including but not limited to the code of conduct, responsible service of alcohol laws, and safety guidelines.

Planet Royale reserves the right to cancel tickets or revoke prizes at its discretion, including but not limited to the following reasons:

• Exhibit disrespectful, disruptive, or abusive behavior toward staff, performers, or other patrons.

• Failure to follow venue policies or instructions from staff.

• Engage in activities that violate local laws or venue regulations

• Prize tickets are not transferable, not for resale, and must not be sold, auctioned, exchanged, or otherwise transferred for commercial gain. Any attempt to sell or resell prize tickets will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize, at Planet Royale’s discretion.

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and consent to Planet Royale using their name and entry for promotional purposes.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

• Tickets for the Fringe show are subject to availability and age-appropriate eligibility.

• Planet Royale is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, or fail to upload due to technical issues.

• Planet Royale reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

• Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must comply with the entry requirements and will be assessed as a single valid entry.

• Seating arrangements, including accessibility requirements, must be communicated to Planet Royale at least 48 hours before the show to ensure accommodations can be made.

• Planet Royale’s decision in relation to behaviour, eligibility, and prize revocation is final.
